CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Poster presentation

Poster presentation abstract could be submitted.

Participants who would like to give a poster presentation are kindly asked to submit an abstract. The euroanalysis especially encourage young scientists to submit abstracts. Due to limited space,  no more than 2 poster presentations will be accepted per person. Some of the posters will be selected for the Poster pitch (1 slide, 2 minutes) sessions, one in each Poster session.
“Late posters”: Poster presentation abstracts submitted 16 July (or later) will not be given the possibility to get “Poster pitch” and will be presented in the unsorted “Late poster” session.

Abstracts without registered (deadline 1 August) presenting author will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Recommended poster format is A0 portrait (width × height; 841 × 1189 mm) in order to fit the poster boards.

Oral presentation

Abstract submission for Oral presentation is closed.

Participants who would like to give an oral presentation are kindly asked to submit an abstract. The euroanalysis especially encourage young scientists to submit abstracts. There is no limit for the number of abstracts you can submit, but it is not likely to get more than one oral presentation accepted.
If your request for an oral presentation cannot be fulfilled your contribution will automatically be redirected to the poster session.

 

Abstract preparation

You can submit as many abstract you want, but both oral and poster presentations will be selected by the scientific committee.

Do not forget to include your Surname in the file name and note that only letters (A-Z, a-z) and numbers (0-9) should be used.
